Leadership training is your chance to gain skills in leading others. At some point in your life you will need to lead something, whether at BB, at your church, in your workplace or in your family.

Leadership training is where you can learn to lead in a godly way, pointing other to Christ in the way you lead. Even when you are not leading something, knowing how to be a good leader can help you identify who is a good person to follow.
