NCOs

Being a Non-Comissioned Officer (NCO) is your opportunity to take on more responsibilty in Brigade. It is your chance to give back and build a stronger BB for Boys just like you who will join in the future.

​

As an NCO you will have more responsibilties at your company, you will be a role model to the younger Boys and will have the opportunity to have your say in how the company opperates.

Being promoted to NCO is the greatest honour a company can give you.
