This course aims to train older Junior section Boys in Leadership skills. This is necessary because, even though they are young, they are still leaders. Whether they have a rank on their arm or not is irrelevant, younger Boys will still look up to them. These older Juniors are crucial in setting the culture for the Junior Section. So it is important that these Boys are properly equipped to handle the position they inevitably will have.
