Figure Marching is an opportunity for the Junior Section Boys to work together, it requires Boys to have good posture as well as to stand and move in a controlled way. Figure Marching is also benefical to instilling Discipline in Junior Boys and is good preparation for Senior Section Drill.

In nearly every other aspect of their lives, they are treated as individuals, but when they are on the drill floor Boys get to be a real team.
