To get Community Service Level 3 your acitivities must be approved by the State.

The Queen's Badge Coordinator will oversee this as it is a requirement for your Queens' Badge.

Below are the steps you need to take to complete your Community Service Level 3:

Speak to your Captain (or revelent company coordinator) about completing your CSL 3

Download this form           complete it and email it to the Queen's Badge Assessor 

Wait for approval from the Queen's Badge Assessor before beginning your service.

Complete your 15hrs of service, filling out your CSL3 Diary as you go

Finish your CSL3 diary, ensuring that it meets the min 2000 word count requirement

Submit your CSL3 Diary to the Queen's Badge Assessor
